It was a very busy time to have them installed but Tanvin was assuring me I will have it installed quickly . I left it till the last minute because we ran into other issues having to move air con box to make room for the batteries . Overall the team was very helpful . Installers were very good and did an excellent job. No visible wires , no rubbish left behind ! Only one thing if I could recommend is to have their phone numbers available on normal phone as well not just in whatsup as I had update issues with the app and communication was not received . Overall I highly recommend them to anyone who needs solar batteries . They wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before making final payment ! Great customer service I must say ! I never got chased for payments like other companies do . Ongoing support is also very promising .
