Finally had my solar panel (Jinko) and battery (SolaX w/ 15kW Hybrid inverter) installed by Solar World. A friend of my mine helped me gather quotes from different retailers. And after his thorough consultations with a couple of them, he recommended the specs and quote that Tanvir Tanim offered who gave me a very reasonable price. From the moment I started engaging with him, I felt his genuine and earnest effort in helping me with the whole process - quote signing, schedule and completion. April was a busy month for his team with regard to installation, but he assured me everything will be done in May with no change in price. Great team to have my solar batteries installed . It was a very busy time to have them installed but Tanvin was assuring me I will have it installed quickly . I left it till the last minute because we ran into other issues having to move air con box to make room for the batteries . Overall the team was very helpful . Installers were very good and did an excellent job. No visible wires , no rubbish left behind ! Only one thing if I could recommend is to have their phone numbers available on normal phone as well not just in whatsup as I had update issues with the app and communication was not received . Overall I highly recommend them to anyone who needs solar batteries . They wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before making final payment ! Great customer service I must say !
